سفرة كويك – بسبوسة | Basbosa – Sofra Quick

من أسرار نجاح البسبوسة:
عند نضجها تُسقى بالشربات الدافئ فور خروجها من الفرن

Ingredients:

2 cup semolina
1 cup coconut
½ cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup yogurt
1/3 cup roasted almond
Fresh cream for serving

For the Sugar Syrup
3/4 cup caster sugar
3/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon rose water

Method :
Preheat oven to 400 degrees , square baking dish with butter and set aside

Mix semolina , coconut , sugar, baking soda , and the butter in a large bowl
And mixing well , add the yogurt and continue mixing with your hands until fully combined

Press the mix down onto baking sheet, cut a diamond with a butter knife , place an almond or any other type of nut you have on hand

Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown , pour syrup on top while it’s hot
For the syrup
Mix all ingredients for the syrup and place in saucepan on high heat until it boil for 10 min.s
