سفرة كويك – سجق بلدي | Oriental sausage – Sofra Quick
½ kilo beef sausage
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup green pepper , sliced
1 cup sliced onion
¼ kilo tomato ,chopped
Parsley for garnish
In a large skillet over high heat, Heat the oil in the pan.
When the oil is very hot, add the beef sausage. Quickly and carefully stir fry it until it changes color.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover the pan. And over medium low heat, cook the liver for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley
Serve hot with balady bread
