سفرة كويك – مكرونة بشاميل | pasta bechamel sauce – Sofra Quick
أكلة واحدة بيتفق على حبها الكل.. مكرونة بشاميل بالطريقة المظبوطة، وصوص ولا ألذ

Ingredients:
1 pack penne pasta
½ kilo ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 garlic , minced
1 tsp cinnamon
for bechamel sauce :
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
1 kilo milk
1 egg
Salt
pepper
nutmeg

Method:

Fry minced beef in oil , add onion , garlic and let to cook for 5 minutes
Seasoning with cinnamon , nutmeg, salt ,pepper and simmer over low heat about 10 minutes
Boiled pasta in boiling water for 7 minutes
To make bechamel sauce:
In a large sauce pan on medium heat melt the butter whisk in the flour keep whisking for 2 minutes
Whisk in the milk slowly until all the milk has been added let to cook until boiling .quickly whisk in the beaten eggs remove from heat mix half the bechamel mixture into the pasta
Put half the pasta covered with the sauce into baking dish
Now layer the entire meat mixture over the pasta , add the rest of the pasta to form the top layer
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 50 min.
